CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program often referred to as “the sport of fitness.” Under instruction from qualified coaches, CrossFit Northern Limits members will learn to execute constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity.
Each workout of the day – or, WOD as we call them – looks completely different from the day before (constantly varied). The movements we perform are natural, multi-joint movements that are useful for everyday life (functional). We tailor every WOD to the unique abilities, skill levels, and fitness goals of our athletes, making it a safe, high-intensity workout for any individual regardless of experience.
CrossFit Northern Limits is more than a gym – it’s a community. We get to class early. We stay late. We cheer for each other, challenge each other, and always say hi when we see an unfamiliar face.
