Coaching is Kala’s passion – she can’t imagine doing anything else in the world. Over the years she has had the opportunity to work with many different ages, abilities, and skill levels. From 0-70+, Parkinson’s to paralyzed and wheelchair-bound, from beginner to advanced. Aside from coaching fitness, she truly enjoys teaching nutrition and helping people find a balanced way of eating.
