Complete 20 Back Squats at 55% of your 1RM. Take a minimum of 2-3 breaths in between each rep. It will TAKE 2-3 MINUTES for the 20 reps.
Bench Press (20)
Complete 20 reps at 55% of your 1RM without racking the bar. Take 2-3 breaths in between each rep. This will TAKE 2-3 MINUTES.
