3 Power Cleans. Weight same across all 8 minutes. Above 80 percent 1RM
20-2 Burpees. Bear Crawl the room after each set.
15 minute time cap.
Even only on the way down the ladder (20-18-16 etc). Bear Crawl completed before starting the next set of burpees
