Complete 5 sets of 2 Shoulder Press increasing weight each set. After each set complete 1 minute wall sit. Score is last set lifted.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

400m run or 500m row or 1k Bike
Remaining time complete:
10 DB Thrusters (2×35/25)
Score is rounds and reps of thrusters and burpees completed in remaining time.
