Clean, 3/4 Body Weight
if you have limited weights just adjust the weights down based on what you have available.

if you dont have equipment then pick one or multiple odd objects you can find and move also if weight is not comparable weight to Rx standards increase reps 1.5x or 2x to get equal workload (dogs and cats not suggested for this workout)
