For Time:

1-10 Pull ups

2-20 Push ups

3-30 Sit ups

4-40 Air Squats

After each set complete 200m run.
1st set: 1 Pull up / 2 Push ups / 3 sit ups / 4 squats then run 200m

2nd set: 2 Pull up / 4 Push ups / 6 Sit ups / 8 Air Squats then run 200m. Continue until finished.
