5 minute rest after amrap then do next metcon.

10 Legs Raised SB Floor Press *

*(think bench press on the floor but feet raised about 6 inches off ground).
Rest 5 minutes then complete next metcon.

5 SB Craig Special (60/40)*

200m run with bag

10 SB Leg Levers with bag pressed out over chest.
